Below we have listed a number of points that may be of interest to you and will give you a good overview of what is required of you and what will be expected of you once you move into a property.

Tenants guide to renting:

What will i need?

a)   Money: 1 calendar months rent + one calendar months deposit
b)   References: Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence), Bank Account Details, Character reference, previous Landlord reference and a Guarantor if applicable.
c)   Payslips


What type of agreement do you use?

  Assured Shorthold Tenancy, which is a fixed term tenancy agreement.


When should I start looking for a property?

  2-4 weeks prior to your moving in date.
